What we can't help with
- Personalised "which exact light should I buy" decisions by email. Start with the EDC buyer's guide and the buyer guides — they're built to answer that with the trade-offs laid out, or try the flashlight matcher.
- Lithium-ion safety shortcuts. Charge 18650/21700 cells only on a rated charger, never charge damaged cells, and follow the cell and charger manufacturer's instructions. When in doubt, use the maker's recommended cell and charger.
- Repairs or warranty claims — contact the light's manufacturer or retailer directly.
